• Not be barred from using chamaZetu under applicable laws.

If you use chamaZetu on behalf of an organization or group, you confirm that you have the authority to bind the organization to these Terms.

• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• Multiple Accounts: You may only hold one active account unless otherwise authorized by us.

4. Chama Contributions and Wallet Management

• Contributions: Make periodic contributions based on your Chama's schedule, e.g., monthly, weekly.
• Automated Contributions: Automated deductions per your Chama's schedule if enabled.
• Interest and Earnings: Wallets and balances may earn daily interest based on activity.

5. Investment and Financial Services

• Access to Investment Products: Curated investment options are available. Review risks before participating.
• Risk Acknowledgment: chamaZetu does not guarantee returns.
• Table Banking: Managers may set loan limits or block users from loans per Chama agreements.

6. Fees and Payments

• Transaction Fees: Certain actions, including withdrawals, may incur fees disclosed in advance.
• Payment Authorization: By using chamaZetu, you authorize us to charge any fees associated with your platform use.
• Refunds: Fees are generally non-refundable.

7. User Conduct

• Prohibited activities include engaging in fraud, harassment, or interference with the platform's security or functionality.
